Open General Manager Position
Will manage all aspects of seven different restaurants covering Mexican, Indian, and American Cuisine. Familiar with preparation of Mexican and Indian foods.
Responsible for personnel decisions, training, inventory, control, ordering and marketing.
Handle all catering and banquet needs of restaurants.
Will supervise restaurant employees. Needs to have Bachelor’s in Business Management and 24 months experience in managing front and back restaurant operations. Will visit 7 company restaurants daily along Las Vegas Blvd. Must have ServSafe food protection manager certification. Familiar with Microsoft, Excel and Word. Must have restaurant-catering knowledge. Of the two years experience required, minimum of one year kitchen and one year in front service.
